Whatever is in the fridge...pasta

Yeah, still haven't been to the store or made up an actual menu plan, so today it's

Katie's Whatever is in the Fridge...Pasta


Ingredients:

1 package whole wheat pasta
1 large can fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilis
2 zucchini, diced
2 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 portabello mushroom caps, degilled and diced
1 T oregano
2 T Italian Seasoning
2 C. water

Cook noodles according to instructions (unless it doesn't say add salt and olive oil to the water...in which case, I suggest you do that. lol) Drain noodles and return to pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir together. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve.
