Vegan Chocolate Pudding
3 small avacados
2 bananas
1 can coconut milk
cocoa
raw sugar to taste
Process all in a food processor until creamy. Refrigerate.
I don't know how much cocoa I used. I just kept adding it a little bit at a time until it was the flavor I wanted.










The chili was a bigger success:
Vegan Chili
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
1 lrg. onion, chopped
1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1 C. vegetable broth
1 1/2 C. lentils, rinsed and drained
1 lrg. red bell pepper
1 lrg. yellow bell pepper
1 4 1/2 oz. can green chilis, drained
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. finelt chopped cilantry
Put all together in a crock pot. Heat on low for 8 hours.
This dish got 3 stars across the board.
